What is nasya?

The nose is the gateway to the consciousness and the pathway to our internal recovery. Medications that are administered via the nasal passages (nasya) affect the mind. Nasya treats disorders in mind, neck, nose and sinus cavity. It also improves the eyesight.

When is Nasya carried out?

Nasya is administred on an empty stomach an hour before or after a shower or exercise.

How is Nasya carried out?

You will lie down and after preparation (facial massage, vapour inhalation), with the head tilted back and we will put special ayurvdic oil in each nostril.
